EVENT REVIEW: Black Saturday Concert

Black Friday weekend was a very lit one I must say. Saturday Night I was invited to attend DC's huge Indie Artist concert held at Eden Lounge. Hosted by TV & Radio Mogul Eddie Kayne, the event showcased some of the city's best talent.

Performers consisted of;

-Dom of Da District

-Chico Mda

-King Kobi

-Mark Mizzle

-Big Tizzy

-2 Dolla & Blonkaz

-Tiizie Tae

-Jameah

Filled with many entertainers, each artist showcased their latest singles and the crowd went wild with each artist.

The event itself displayed a positive image for many artists to showcase the artistry and allowed the art to be shown in a space where there was no judgement and no hindrance.

Each act showed skills and each artist gave great crowd participation, honestly being in the room you had no choice but to sing along along and bop your head, as each artist actually put on a good show.

Overall I rate the event a 10/10. The message was conveyed, Artists showcased great music. Drinks were amazing, the host held it down and the venue was perfect for performances. If you missed out on this event, you definitely do not want to miss out on the next one.
