All hail Yo Gotti and Queen Nick Minaj, who just came out the clutch with another platinum plaque. If you know these two history of working together then you know every song they make together is a bonafide hit and always certified platinum. The Nicki Minaj-assisted, Mike WiLL Made-It-produced banger “Rake It Up” has just earned a platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America, marking another freaking milestone.

"Rake It Up" going platinum marks Gotti’s second platinum song overall. The first was “Down in the DM,” which was certified platinum in May of 2016 and then double platinum in May of 2017.

“Rake It Up” is a single off Gotti’s Mike WiLL Made-It joint project, Gotti Made-It, which dropped in June.

Up next, Gotti is set to perform at the BET Hip-Hop Awards, which is set to air Tuesday (Oct. 10) on BET.
